  • Subcontractor Applications: Retained for 3 years or while we maintain an active relationship, unless otherwise requested.

  • After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize data unless legally required to retain it.

8. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights Under Law 25

As a Quebec resident, you have the right to:
